Happy 2017 to all you Bourbon lovers! Here are a few cocktails you should sample tonight…or maybe tomorrow:

The Seelbach: 

• 1 oz Bourbon
• 1/2 oz Cointreau liqueur
• 4 dashes Bitters
• Champagne
• Orange Peel

Maple Cranberry Bourbon Martini: 

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Bourbon Maple syrup
• 4 oz Cranberry juice unsweetened
• Cranberries, fresh

Holiday Spice Bourbon Cocktail: 

• 3 oz Bourbon
• 3 dashes bitters
• 1 oz cherry liqueur
• 1/4 oz orange liqueur
• 1/2 oz cranberry juice
• 1 fresh sprig rosemary
• 1-2 ice cubes
• 1/2 oz Holiday spice honey syrup
• 1 orange peel curl, fresh
